Let me start off this review by saying I am a curvy, plus size woman. I usually wear size 2x, occasionally 3x, depending on the style. I had been wanting to try this style of dress since I had seen it become trendy, but wasn’t sure I could pull it off. This past spring break, I’m browsing a Cracker Barrel gift shop in TN and I see this dress. I fell in love. Easter was coming and I needed something, so I snagged the xxl and hoped for the best. Let me tell you, I don’t think I’ve ever worn a dress that made me feel prettier. It’s SO flattering, from the neckline, the cinching of the smocking around the bust, the sleeves, the length, the color-which isn’t quite “yellow” it’s more of a cream? As a coppery red-head, the color was perfection and I just felt confident and beautiful. It’s slimming in all the right places and flowy/breezy and comfortable. I received a lot of compliments, even my 9 year old son said I looked beautiful in my dress and my 5 yr old daughter said I looked so pretty. Talk about a boost! If I could find more colors, I’d buy them. On the fence? Buy this dress! Have a tummy, curves, a booty? Buy this dress. Want to hide your arms? Buy this dress. It’s gorgeous. Thank you, I love it.
